Hi, my name's Prithvi. I'm an AI-enabled operator with around two years across B2B sales, customer success and process improvement, now building and shipping production automation for small and medium businesses. Websites, agentic systems, and tax-automation bots that delete hours of manual work for CA firms across India. No jargon, no theatre, just things that ship and keep running after I leave.

I didn't get here through a computer-science degree, I studied marketing. The two years since have been a tour through the rooms where business actually happens: content and my first n8n automation as a marketing intern, B2B sales in Bangalore's commercial real estate market, then customer success for large GenAI learning cohorts. Different rooms, same lesson, which is how to read what people actually need versus what they say they need.
That turns out to be an unfair advantage for building AI systems. The hard part was never the code; it's knowing which problem is worth solving and what "done" really looks like for the person stuck doing the work. From Kerala originally, in Bangalore the last six years, I now pour that instinct into the work itself, building and iterating on production automation for small and medium businesses, and sharpening the craft under the mentorship of Sijo Kuruvilla.
Listen for the friction
I start where it hurts: the recurring task, the copy-paste ritual, the thing your team dreads on Monday. The best systems begin as a complaint, not a spec.
Map the whole flow
Before automating anything, I map every step, handoff and edge case end to end. Most "AI problems" turn out to be process problems wearing a costume.
Build the smallest thing that works
I ship a working slice fast, put it in front of real data, and let reality argue with my assumptions. Then I expand what survives.
Hand it over clean
The goal is a system you understand and trust: documented, observable, and yours. I'd rather be unnecessary than indispensable.
